Default GoCSM Dashboard Metrics

Your GoCSM dashboard is your command center for customer success, displaying key metrics for the current month by default. Here's how to make the most of it:


  1. Accessing Your Dashboard:

  • Log into your GoCSM account

  • The dashboard is your default landing page


  1. Understanding Key Sections:


a) Overall Summary:

  • Contacts: Total number of individual users

  • Companies: Total number of customer companies

  • SaaS: Number of customers with SaaS subscriptions

  • Churned: Number of customers who have discontinued service

  • Regular: Number of non-SaaS subaccounts

  • Premium: Customers you've prioritized for tracking (toggle in health settings)


b) Login Activity: Overview of user engagement

  • Daily: Users logging in every day

  • Weekly: Users logging in weekly

  • Monthly: Users logging in monthly

  • Inactive: Users haven't logged in for a month


c) Total SaaS Accounts: Tracks progress towards achieving the SaaSPreneur award. 


d) SaaS Mode:  How many SaaS subscribers have you got in each month 


e) Health Status:

  • Thriving: Customers with excellent health scores

  • Healthy: Customers with good health scores

  • Steady: Customers with stable health scores

  • Struggling: Customers who may need attention


f) Happiness Level: (Based on user feedback - NPS)

  • Not Happy: Customers expressing dissatisfaction

  • Neutral: Customers with moderate satisfaction

  • Happy: Satisfied customers

  • Very Happy: Highly satisfied customers


g) Product Adoption: Most used features within your platform


h) Time Spent: Date from all subaccounts of Time spent on each feature  



NOTE: Use the date range selector to adjust the time frame of displayed data (the default is the current month)
